Wrażenia z Würzburga …

No cóż, przeszedłem wczoraj w sumie 17 km. Zdecydowanie jest co zwiedzać w tym pięknym mieście. Śmiało mogę je porównać do naszych zabytkowych miast. Miałem natomiast to szczęście, że trafiłem na festiwal muzyków ulicznych. Nie wiem czy w każdą sobotę jest tam taki klimat, ale wczoraj był rewelacyjny. Co ulica to inny muzyk czy zespół. Niestety, muszę zainwestować w kijek do smartfona, ponieważ ciężko było się dopchać aby cyknąć fotkę.

Co jeszcze rzuciło mi się w oczy – no cóż gdy czytam, jak w naszych miastach walczą różnego rodzaju aktywiści o to, aby można było pić piwo poza ogródkami piwnymi tutaj kupuje się je na ulicy, można chodzić gdzie się chce, nikogo to nie gorszy. Co więcej m.in. na Starym Moście przechadzają się turyści z – o zgrozo – kieliszkami białego wina, z którego zresztą słynie to miasto. U nas sypałyby się mandaty, aż miło. Nie zauważyłem też żadnych funkcjonariuszy, którzy musieliby pilnować tego alkoholizującego się tłumu 😁 Może inna tutaj jest kultura picia, a może jeśli czegoś się nie zakazuje to i społeczeństwo potrafi to bardziej docenić i nie awanturuje się.

Jakie zabytki zrobiły na mnie największe wrażenie ? Z pewnością nr 1 to barokowy Pałac Arcybiskupi. Porównują go czasami do Wersalu, na którym akurat byłem i jest to lekką przesadą, ale i tak robi wrażenie:

Drugie miejsce to twierdza, na którą trzeba się wdrapać, ale jest tego warta, szczególnie ze względu na widok rozpościerający się z niej na całe miasto:

Trzecie miejsce to Stary Most przypominający trochę ten praski. Choć większe wrażenie zrobiła na mnie przepływająca pod nim barka wycieczkowa. Na oko miała ze 150-200 metrów, a wpływała w wąską śluzę na styk (różnica poziomu chyba zrobiona po to aby wyższe jednostki mogły pod mostem przepłynąć, ponieważ główny nurt rzeki jest wyżej):

Komunikacja miejska jest dobrze zorganizowana, opiera się głównie na tramwajach. Z pobliskiego osiedla udało mi się dojechać jedną linią tramwajową nr 5 do samego centrum. Niesamowity jest widok jak wagony dosłownie przebijają się na rynku przez tłumy ludzi, którzy wykorzystują torowisko do spacerów:

Naprawdę warto nawet przejazdem zatrzymać się tutaj choć na chwilę aby poczuć ten klimat, a najlepiej jeszcze trafić na sezonowe atrakcje jak wspomniany wcześniej festiwal muzyków ulicznych.
